Introduce Reflexology To Your Workplace

Reflexology improves circulation and relieves stress and tension.
Regular treatments give you a chance to relax, recharge and get on with your day.
Expect to feel more alert, focussed and energetic, sometimes immediately after the treatment
or within the next twenty-four hours.

Some say they feel the benefits for a week or so after every treatment.
Research shows, regular reflexology in the workplace reduces absenteeism and staff turnover.

Staff are more motivated, focussed and alert.
"I don't want to take off my clothes at work for a massage. Taking off footwear is fine!"

Jo Impey is a qualified reflexologist and a professional member of the Reflexology Association of Australia.

Her practice has seen her using reflexology in a number of health care settings and now successfully in the workplace.

Some testimonials

1/9/02
Reflexology has been a part of the workplace at Oiltech Australia since August 1999. A qualified reflexologist visits the staff every fortnight and the aim is for everyone to receive a half-hour treatment. Occasionally, people are out in the field so others on the team get a longer treatment. With the exception of a break at Christmas the reflexology has taken place every two weeks.

Here is what Oiltech are saying about reflexology at work.

"It brings the important element of personal life balance into the workplace"

"Acknowledges that 'time out' at work is ok, when it's needed".

"If you mention that you have sinus trouble, the reflexologist works on that area in particular and within a few hours there is a noticeable improvement."

"It improves team spirit due to the effects of a personal, tactile and relaxing shared experience"

"Reduces stress: on days of great stress or tension when the reflexologist comes you can feel the tension in the air seep away, as each person comes out relaxed from their session".

"I am more content"

"Hours lost due to staff illness has definitely decreased. If someone is ill, their recovery appears to be faster than in years past".

"The cost of reflexology is 1% of our profit - the benefit is hard to quantify but I know our profit has increased!"

"I'm a bit of a sleepy head, but after a reflexology session I bounce out of bed for the next 2-3 days, no worries" Shannon (18years)
